[Wactclc-alma] Fulfillment Config Util and check out don't agree

As it turned out, the issue with the Configuration Utility calculating a due date different from what the actual transaction calculated, was caused by the user's expiration date falling before the projected due date.  In this specific case, the user expired before the end of term.

I think now, I've heard of that before, so this may not be news for a lot of you.

The Fulfillment Configuration Utility does not take the user's expiration date into account when it projects the due date.

We have been closed and I have been out a bit (not on the clock between quarters). Tomorrow, faculty return, and on the 19th students do.

Let me start with an observation: We had set up TOU for faculty loans to be a term, but then we wanted that for all employees. I am allowed to change the name and description of the TOU (from faculty to employee), but it really should only allow description, since when I changed the name, I got errors. The name and description don't agree, but I can live with it.

Now the current problem:

We have long had DVDs in the stacks, mixed in with books (stacksdvd location). Now there's a new area in the library that has our film collection DVDs. These used to be part of reserves and were restricted to film class people only. Now they're opened up for use, and were moved upstairs where the stacks are.  These are not intermixed but are all together in 3 cases against a wall (stacksfilm location).  Shellie helped me with setting up this new location when I thought the load period was 7 days for everyone. It was so recently, I never really tested. I had, in fact, neglected to even attach a circ desk to the stacksfilm location until today.

I was told today that the loan period for these DVDs should be the full term for employees (iow, everything for employees is a term). I reordered the Fulfillment Unit Rules.

I checked out a film to myself today and it is due in 3 weeks (9/29) (?!) but it should be the end of the upcoming term.  The config utility shows the due date from today's entry, but says it ought to be 12/08.
I don't know what is causing the discrepancy.

PS: I saw that I left out the description for calendar line 71, but it can't be changed after the date range has begun.
