[Wactclc-alma] problem with admin hold

I am trying to do an administrative hold on an item for a faculty member, and I get a message that I can't, and also there is no pickup location available for me to choose either.  This is a reserve item that doesn't normally check out, but we do overrides for reserves for faculty.  What do I need to change?  (I may make a number of these simple requests because we are down all of our circ staff this quarter and I don't have time to leisurely poke around in Alma :( ).  Thanks!
