I can't reproduce the issue.

But if it's still happening, I'd suggest simply opening an SF case, and indicate the steps / clicks needed to reproduce, which seems pretty straightforward.

And maybe a screenshot of the spinning wheel. Not very diagnostic, but since no error message is showing up...

Kim, this happened to me, too, on Friday, but it seems to have corrected itself now and today I'm having no problem.

Hello,
When I go to Monitor Requests & Item Processes and click on any of the side items,

The red arrow just spins and swirls...
Should I be able to use this function?
If so, what am I doing wrong?
