[Wactclc-alma] Deleting old urls in Electronic Portfolios

In Alma, you can change the EZProxy name for all links in one place...

Under General Configuration / External Systems / Integration Profiles /

And look for the Proxy or EZProxy integration.

You can change the info on the 'Action' tab. Just be sure to save your changes.

For Primo, you need to open an SF ticket, and let them know your new Proxy URL and Proxy IP address.

Hi everyone,

Our EZ Proxy server changed in June (yippee!). This means we've had to update links on our website, libguides, databases, etc. One place where we're encountering trouble is Alma.

When we created some electronic portfolios, we included our old proxy in the url (whoops!). Now when we go into Edit Portfolio, there doesn't appear to be a way to delete/edit the old links. We can add a new Static URL, and indicate that Alma use it. However, we can't seem to delete the old url.

Any ideas?
