[Wactclc-alma] Request for updated Ebsco collection subscription information for WACTCLC institutions

Hi all,

This request is for those of you serving as the electronic resources lead for your institution (https://sites.google.com/view/wactclc/alma-primo-project/electronic-resources-leads )...

I would like to request that each of you review and update the Google spreadsheet linked below, with respect to the Ebsco collections to which your institution currently subscribes.

The spreadsheet currently lists the Ebsco collections as activated in Alma for each respective institution. But it's possible (and likely) that you have Ebsco collection subscriptions not currently activated in Alma.

So, I would like to each of you to review the column for your institution for accuracy.

Please put your initials in your institutional column for any Ebsco collection to which you are currently subscribed, that is not already marked as activated in Alma  (as indicated by a '1').

And if there are any Ebsco collections to which you subscribe, that are not currently on the list at all, please simply add the collection name as a row at the bottom of the spreadsheet, and also put your initials in your institutional column to indicate your subscription.

This information will be very useful in helping make sure everyone has their Ebsco collections appropriately and equally exposed and discoverable in Alma and Primo. And also as background information for an upcoming discussion that the WACTCLC governance committee has scheduled with the regional Ebsco representative.

This exercise shouldn't take too long, so if you could possibly complete it by end of day Monday (Oct 30), that would be awesome.
