Description:
Hi, when we activated the Electronic Collection of Ebook Central Academic Complete, we had a network problem during our first attempt, and the collection only partly activated. Then we were able to complete the activation the next day. The problem is, two collections show as active right now, and we aren't able to delete one. We want to remove the collection that has the smaller number of portfolios (the incomplete load.)

See screenshots for the two instances of the e-collection, and for the error message we get when trying to delete the one that lists 94059 portfolios.
