[Wactclc-alma] Editing purchase requests

Thanks, Shellie. Yes, I did already figure out how to get the report of requestors in Analytics to work. It just seems weird that the export function won't export all the fields. Makes me wonder where else this problem might appear in the future...

Probably good to do a thorough check of the KB to see if it's a known issue before creating a case.  It seems like we wouldn't be the first to notice.

You might be able to create a report in Analytics that gets you the requester.

Thanks, Shellie. I appreciate confirmation that we can't change Requestors for requests that are already approved. Should I open a case about not being able to export all of the fields?

Elena,

You can edit purchase requests while they're in Review status, as long as they are assigned to you or unassigned.

However, as far as I can see, you cannot edit purchase requests that have Approved status.

EXPORTING:  I get the same results as you when I export to Excel (requester field present, but empty). Same result in both UIs. and in sandbox and SVC.

Hi there:



Is there a way to switch out the requestor in a purchase request that already has been placed? When I go to manage purchase requests, I only have the option to view or delete a purchase request - not edit it to change the requestor. Is that really how the system works or am I missing something?



Also, when I try to export the list of requests into Excel, the Requestor field does not export out - it's blank. Is this (the inability to export all fields) a problem with the new UI or (again, and more likely) am I doing something wrong?
