[Wactclc-alma] Scan in Items vs. Return Items for anonymizing patron history

Hi,

I followed up from the meeting today to see whether scan in items or return items anonymizes the patron history and removes the last patron who had it checked out.

Neither return items or Scan in Items does this.  I checked who was the last person to have it in the fulfillment notes of the item record before each scan I did and the person's name never went away.

Not sure if this is helpful but the item record under, history/fulfillment shows the activity that's happened on the item in terms of who's had it last.

Here's what our anonymization rules look like:

Not sure if that's helpful but thought I'd share what was discovered and how our rules were set up.  Not sure why the loans are getting anonymized after a shorter period of time.
