Depending on your setup, you might find that item policy does not work well. Even though ALL of my item records have an item policy type, when I try to do a count based on it the numbers are waaay off. Alma doesn't appear to "see"  item policy types. Alma does see the material type, but I have not checked to see how accurate they are. I think not very. I remember all our DVDs came over with an odd material type.

This what I am using right now. I still need to create a date prompt so I don't have to edit the query criteria anymore.

I'm interested in this, too, Traci! In Voyager, we reported circulations by item type, patron group and location code. I've found an Analytics report in the Alma shared folders that's titled Item Circulation Statistics. (It lists every item that has circulated since we moved to Alma.) Since it lists locations already, I think maybe it can be tweaked to give us what we need. I'm looking at it to see if I can add patron group and get it to count items instead of listing them. Limiting by date range would be the icing on the cake, but since all our Alma stats fall within the current FY, that piece isn't as necessary. (Yet. :))

I'll keep plugging, but if anyone has already invented the wheel, please share!
