I saw that you also posted the question to Alma-L. Very good. Excellent thinking.

I did want to point out something about the reponse to your question, from Univ of Oregon:


It has been off-and-on sluggish since Monday's service disruption.

The "Monday's service disruption" that Diane mentions in her response occurred in the NA01 Alma environment. We (WACTCLC) are in the Alma NA02 environment. So, we did not share their service disruption on Monday. And the slowness that you noticed yesterday afternoon may not have any relation to what went on in NA01.

That's not to say that problems between different Alma environments are completely independent. Since all of the North American Alma environments run from the data center, there will sometimes be overlap of some problems, and some issues will be isolated to individual instances.
