[Wactclc-alma] Bulk move due date

I've seen the expiration date/ due date dilemma, too, so I think you're on the right track, Lesley. If your employee names are externally loaded, you can toggle them to "internal" to change their expiration dates before you change the due dates like Gerie suggests. Pretty sure that will work!

Lesley, That's how it works for student patrons (you have to change the expiration date first before you change the due dates) so it makes sense to me that your guess is "correct".

(Change their expiration dates first, then you can change the due dates.)  Gerie

Hello to all the summer warriors,

We have about 30 pieces of art work checked out to employees. These pieces circ for a year, and what I'd like to do is standardize all of the due dates to be the same (6/15/2018). However, when I try to change the due dates individually or through the bulk process, it won't move past 9/22/2017. My guess is that has to do with when their accounts expire.

Does anyone know if there's a way around this? My other thought is the discharge them and then recheck them out.

What do y'all think?
