Lesley,

I think you might be trying to do a new / report in analytics.

It’s a bit counter-intuitive, but the report publishing feature is not something we have access to.

What you want to select under ‘new’ is ‘analysis’. That will get you where you want to go, I think.

Any time I’ve seen this, it’s because my session has timed out, and I’ve had to close the window and reopen it from Alma. I may even need to log out of Alma and log back in, but I’m not sure on that.
