[Wactclc-alma] Voyager Damage Fines

An update on this issue:  It turned out that there were only two patrons this happened to, so their records were corrected manually.

Subject: [Wactclc-alma] Voyager Damage Fines

I discovered today that Damage Fines that were created in Voyager are now showing up in Alma as Issue Library Card Fee.  Because our Fines/Fees Notification Letter is only for Overdue Fines and Damage Fines, it is not picking up those incorrect Issue Library Card fees.

Is there a way for this to be corrected?  Should I submit a Salesforce ticket with user samples?
