[Wactclc-alma] Switch to support for C3 - Meeting recording

Please consider this recording recommended viewing for all Cohorts, not just Cohort 3, as this recording provides a very good overview and refresh on working with Ex Libris North American support, including a discussion of Primo Total Care.
