[Wactclc-alma] Question about Alma Acquisitions

Well, Paula was doing ok with Acquisitions but she’s been out for about a month and expects to be gone a few more weeks. I have the briefest of notes about her process that I am working from.
Hmm, invoices. I need to look into that. Yikes!

We barely touched it here at SPSCC. I think we have plans to use it for serials and vendor info, but haven’t gotten too far. We’re still busy adjusting to Alma and figuring how things work/not work in Alma.

I am wondering how far people are getting with Alma Acquisitions.  At this point Edmonds has created our ledgers and has input several PO lines.  We have also created at least two invoices; however, we are still struggling with the whole invoice process.  In order for us to get some of our bills paid we are preparing paperwork in Voyager, but that is going to disappear soon so we need to make some more progress.

How are the rest of you doing with this area?
