[Wactclc-alma] Preferred Email Incorrect

Hi All,

One of our staff discovered that one of our patrons had the library's email address (library at btc.edu<mailto:library at btc.edu>) as their preferred email address. After some further investigation, we discovered that we have over 300 users (students and staff) that have library at btc.edu<mailto:library at btc.edu> as their preferred email. I submitted a SF case this morning and haven't heard anything back yet. I was wondering if anyone else has ran into this situation or one similar?
