[Wactclc-alma] Requests and Accounts gone in Primo

Hi all,

Tracy, I'm seeing that except instead of Guest it does show my ID number.

It looks like the login might be working but it's failing to retrieve any user information from Alma, thus not showing you any user particular details, such as your name, checked out items, and request options. I'm not seeing any records of work being done on your institution this weekend so I can't say what might have caused this.

I'm going to forward your case to the Primo Tier 2 team for analysis; they will investigate the issue and update you as soon as possible.

Please don't hesitate to update the case if you have any questions or concerns.

We are still working on authentication but our IT guy was testing a login this morning and said he encountered the same screen Tracy had.

Hi all,

I just logged into my Primo account on campus. It shows that I am logged in as Guest, and there is nothing in the account.

Lesley - Is this what you are seeing when you are logged in?

Hi all,

This weekend something changed in our Primo authentication which we have set-up through our active directory. (ADFS)

We no longer have the option to place a request and our accounts are showing as empty. Additionally, where it used to show our name when signed in, it now shows our ID.

Is anyone else seeing this issue?
