[Wactclc-alma] Purge Expired Users

The "Purge User Records" is under the  "Administration / User Management" (rather than under "run jobs").

You can run the job based on the "purge" date in user records.

The challenge will be if the purge dates of the users you want to delete are still in the future.

In that case, you can create a managed set of users you want to purge out of Alma, then use the "update users" job to update their purge date to, say, today's date.

Then the next day, run the "purge users" job, and specify '1 day after the purge date' to remove those users.

If that doesn't make sense, I can clarify. Meanwhile, this would be a good topic for our Friday meeting...

I tried to purge expired patrons, but I don't see the option for that.
