<p class="MsoNormal">I have a financially dependent student whose parent is an Italian citizen with an E VISA issued 9/20/24. He moved to WA in July, transferring to the US with the same company that he works for in Italy, and has documentation that he was
here starting in July working and getting the visa ironed out. As our fall term starts in August, the visa issue date is later than the start of our term. Assuming all other documents are in order, would you give residency?<o:p></o:p></p>
