Heads up! It has just been brought to my attention by the parent of an incoming student that there was an amendment to 20 USC 1015d that (<b><u>effective July 1, 2024</u></b>) will require that members of a “qualifying Federal service” and their spouses and
dependents receive the resident tuition rate. <o:p></o:p></p>
