[RO] Residency deadline

Hi Donnie,

Our AG’s office has advised us that we do not have discretion to accept applications after the 30th day of the quarter, since that deadline is specified in the WAC.  Therefore, we would reject those.

Good morning all,

I wanted to touch base and see how everyone handles the deadline when it comes to Residency affidavit. We recently had our Residency deadline on October 20th and have received Residency affidavits after the deadline. Does your Department group the residency affidavit under this deadline or process whenever it’s been received for the current term.
