[Pubrec] PRO toolkits available for sharing?

Good afternoon fellow PROs,

I am looking to make some process improvements on public records requests in our office. Do any of your institutions happen to have a PRO Toolkit that I could use as a reference and adapt for Highline’s use? I stumbled upon one with King County and while theirs is perhaps too robust for our use, I am interested in creating something similar for HC. Your responses are much appreciated!
