[Oaaworkgroup] Draft Citizenship Language on OAA

Workgroup Members: here is wording that workgroup members Melanie Ruiz, Chris Melton, and Janet Garza came up with for the citizenship item on the OAA: please review and comment. Thanks Melanie, Chris and Janet!

Certain provisions of Washington State law make some students eligible for a variety of tuition waivers and other benefits.  The purpose of the following questions is to determine your tuition rate, eligibility for other benefits, and/or tuition waivers.  Information submitted on the admissions application is confidential and protected under FERPA.  Your information is kept confidential and may not be released without your prior written consent with limited exceptions.

Please choose a response that is most appropriate:
___ Citizen of the US
___ Citizen of another country (Selecting this may incur the highest tuition rate. Please note that you can contact the college after acceptance to provide clarifying details that may impact your tuition rate.)
