OAA Workgroup Members: if you have not already, please send your RSVP for the August 6 work session to Nanette Angel, nangel at sbctc.edu<mailto:nangel at sbctc.edu>.

Our July meeting is a week from today (Monday, July 23rd). For the July meeting, which will be a WebEx meeting as usual, please review the Listen and Learn audio that Tara provided the link to in a previous email. Our July meeting agenda will consist of a review of previous work to get us all up to date, a discussion of the Listen and Learn audio, and preparation for our August 6 work session. I know several of you cannot commit to that meeting or to the full 6 hours (with a break in the middle). Because that is the case, it is important that we have as many of the Councils and other groups represented as possible, even if it is just one person from each group.

Please use this list to comment and ask questions between now and next Monday.

Subject: August OAA Workgroup Meeting

OAA Workgroup Members: our July meeting is coming up on Monday, July 23 from 1:00 - 2:30. I will send out a reminder closer to the date.

The purpose of this email is to determine your availability for a longer meeting in August. While not all of you have completed the original meeting poll here: https://doodle.com/poll/vbex6ngsygpd6bzt, it appears that Monday August 6 is the clear winner. I would like to extend this meeting so that it starts at 10:00 AM and ends at 4:00 PM, so that we can complete the important task of determining the requirements for the OAA. We will not be able to accomplish this in monthly 90 minute meetings and still give our IT folks the ability to determine whether an RFP is needed or not. This will be an in-person meeting at the SBCTC offices in Olympia. Lunch will be provided. Webex will be available for those of you who can't travel but still want to participate.

Please send an email to Nanette Angel at nangel at sbctc.edu<mailto:nangel at sbctc.edu> with an RSVP for the August 6th, 10:00 - 4:00 meeting, no later than next Monday, July 9th. Please indicate whether you can participate and if so, whether you can join us in Olympia for the meeting. Thank you.
