Unfortunately it's not consistently reliable. Sometimes the documents can take a long time to show up in the queue. More than occasionally the student doesn't ever see the doc in the queue, but when we follow up it turns out they've got a typo in the email
 address, didn't use their school email, or some other "user error." If the document is in the cloud we often suggest they just log into a computer to print.</span></p>
