project staff, the Director plans and implements all grant-supported activities, including but not limited to, managing the project budget, ensuring adherence to applicable district, college, state, and federal requirements, and preparing and submitting required
fiscal and annual reports to the college and U.S. Department of Education. The Title III Director will also regularly communicate grant objectives and progress to the President’s Cabinet and campus community, oversee systems and procedures to manage the Title
Ill grant, and work with an external evaluator and SCC's Office of Institutional Effectiveness to carry out a formative and summative evaluation of grant-funded work. This is a highly collaborative position that involves working with stakeholders across the
college and will have a deep relationship and regular communication with the Seattle Pathways Guiding Team, as well as serve on the Guiding Team.</span></p>
