One thing to consider in using only OKTA for database access is that there is no IP authentication option as there is with authentication services designed for library resources. Walk-in users will no longer be able to access subscription content without going
through OKTA. Niche resources that only use IP authentication (decreasing by the year) will only be accessible on campus, of through VPN. </div>
