too). We're discussing reducing our hours of virtual (local chat) coverage, but we haven't done that yet. We do offer email reference, and that has remained steady.</i></div>

when students had research assignments and papers. We're not seeing that same demand this Winter, but it's still a bit early in the quarter.</i></div>
