<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#1F497D">We have a lot of laptops/hotspots that are not returned. Our college utilizes TargetX to reach students and we have been able to use that to send text messages
to students along with phone calls and emails. The text messages seem to be the most efficient way to get results. We also do send students to collections after approximately six weeks. This is after we have tried reaching them in all the ways I have mentioned.
(That is, we send their names to the business office.) If a student returns an item after being sent to collections, the charge for equipment is forgiven, but they have to pay the collection agency fee of approximately $25.00.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

and 97%. Glad we are good company with Big Bend. <o:p></o:p></p>
