<p class="MsoNormal">Yes! We started doing certified mail and it was amazingly useful. We’ve also discovered that many of our students are not getting the Alma generated emails. We suspect they are getting filtered as spam or something.

<p class="MsoNormal">We do a lot of emails, personal and ALMA generated. We also started doing certified letters for those that are over a month overdue. Our “loss” rate is between 3% and 7% depending on the quarter. That means that we return rate between 93%
and 97%. Glad we are good company with Big Bend. <u></u><u></u></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Do you have a baseline past which attrition is not acceptable for returning Chromebooks and laptops? We have nearly 800 Chromebooks that are supposed to come back at the end of the quarter. I'm assuming there is always some attrition?
