Good morning, LLC! In preparation for our upcoming Fall meeting on Oct. 29, the LLC exec team have drawn on feedback from our summer meeting and would like to approach our agenda in a slightly different way - flipped style!</div>

We will flip our meeting by asking anyone who normally does a standing report (see below list) to please submit
<u>either</u> a video update or a written update. The goal here is to take care of ALL our standard reports in this manner so that folks can watch/listen/read updates ahead of time and bring questions or discussion points to the meeting itself. This makes our
relatively short council meeting efficient and robust AND, most importantly, leaves plenty of time for work groups to actually get some work done!</div>
