Maybe I'm just being dense today but I'm not seeing what the concern is. The way I read it they don't want you to use your access to their services to create competing products.<br>

That is WAY less rigid that the ProctorU contract that forbids you from even using another proctoring service. Dropped them asap, which wasn't easy, when I found that little gem.<br>

We've been using Gimlet for quite a while now and love it.<br>

We aren't currently tracking desk activity, but I would suggest developing something lightweight in-house using Microsoft Forms or Google Forms. It would all go into a spreadsheet that could visualize the data however you want. Without a significant/stable
budget, this type of solution makes more sense (for us).<br>

Our library is looking for a statistics gathering service. We were initially interested in Gimlet, but their non-competition clause is causing us some concern:<br>
