<p class="MsoNormal">I brought this issue to raise its visibility to the library leadership level, since it seems a pressing issue to the people I happen to work with on Alma / Primo.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">If libraries with a relationship to Kanopy would like to pick up this conversation and organize around it, I recommend you work together on an approach.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Or let’s add it as an agenda item to the next LLC / WACTCLC meeting, and one of those two groups could decide to sponsor and form a task force to carry the conversation forward with action. With all that entails… a chair for the group to
set the agenda and arrange meetings, task force members to work those agenda items, develop proposals, talk with interested institutions. All that stuff that comprises consortial work.<o:p></o:p></p>
