<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt">Washington State Library has scheduled two training sessions in Western WA with Jan Dwyer Bang, a speaker and presenter who focuses on developing supervisory and leadership skills. This workshop is all day
(6 hours) and is described below. Jan develops her workshops based on the attendees needs and will be contacting those who have signed up to understand their professional development goals, struggles, and areas of growth. This ensures that at each location

self-reflection, classroom activities, and real-life scenarios, library leaders will be able to reflect upon their supervisory and leadership potential. This one-day leadership training will provide Washington State Library leaders with what they need to bridge
the gap between where they are and where they need to be as it relates to leadership. Leaders will consider their supervision and leadership potential, learn tools to becoming an exceptional leader, and strengthen skills around working with their teams.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
