<p class="x_MsoNormal">This morning, Dr. Tudor successfully defended his dissertation entitled, INTERACTION BETWEEN ACADEMIC EARLY ALERTS AND MOTIVATION FOR QUARTER-TO-QUARTER PERSISTENCE IN A COMMUNITY COLLEGE SETTING.</p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal">His major professor is Dr. Robert Hughes, Professor Emeritus at Seattle University. Committee members included Dr. Susan Murray, Dean of Institutional Effectiveness at San Diego City College and Dr. Mindy Coslor, Director of Library
Services at Skagit Valley College.</p>
