<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#1F497D">It would be great to find a replacement that can move forward planning and policy to implement higher levels of rural connectivity, can work with the nuts and bolts of server and network administration
along with being able to provide consulting to libraries without sufficient expertise, and in addition still have an MLIS and have worked in the library world.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
