</span></span><![endif]>We are having an internal debate about how long we should keep ALMA patron history and attachments that are sent. Some say purge them right away so that we can never be on the line for a records request. Some say keep them a bit so that
if a student wants to know what they had previously checked out, or if we need to see the history of a repeat bad user we have something to look at. I would be very interested to know what your time period is for keeping these pieces of information before
you purge them and why you chose that time period.<o:p></o:p></p>
