<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">After the Library Council meeting on May 31, 2017, we will further refine this draft for submission to IMLS at the end of June. Your feedback is and will be greatly appreciated. We need all comments on or
before June 9<sup>th</sup> such that we have an adequate opportunity to consider the feedback prior to finalizing the document.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
