<p>SBCTC is not able to bear the cost of the tool; however, we don't do that with Canvas either. </p>

</p>
<p>We ARE willing to coordinate the RFP, negotiate the terms, and serve as the fiscal agent for an optional-use contract that we can make available through WIPHE. </p>
<p><br>
</p>
<p>Usually that results in a better deal for schools. To be clear, no school is obligated to use those contracts.</p>
