<p class="MsoNormal">I am hoping y’all can help me out with something. I feel like one of my staff is perhaps under-classified and would like to approach our Human Resources folks about it, but I am having trouble finding a list or explanation of other library
 professional classifications. She is not a Librarian (no MLIS) and currently is a Specialist, but I am wondering if there are varying levels of Specialist like there is for Technicians. Where might I find this list of hierarchy and job descriptions?<u></u><u></u></p>
