You could load a form into it as well as keep a “security blotter” type document and then only share it with particular people on your staff (so that the general public cannot access). We know that we have repeat offenders, especially our community users. With staff working alternate hours, it is challenging to communicate which users have been warned. While our security staff are available to address immediate concerns, not all situations immediately necessitate calling them. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>We are thinking about having an online form for reporting. If you have examples of the form and related procedures about how you use this information (i.e. three strikes), would you be willing to share?
