<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">From what I’ve seen and heard, in the best case scenario the first cohort would start this Fall. With 4-6 month implementation, the second cohort would start in Winter. So theoretically the very fastest we
could go (and I don’t believe we could go this fast): first cohort in Sept, second starts in Jan, third starts in May. However, I’m betting that the third cohort will be fiscal year 16-17. If the third cohort did start at the tail end of 15-16, I feel sure
that they could put the funding into 16-17. My two cents.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
