<p class="MsoNormal">I’ve attached a copy of the bylaws with the 3 changes proposed in fall: clarification of the name, change to the rep to IC, and change to the nominating committee. Please respond with any further changes or clarifications. I’ll send
out the final revised version on April 16, and we’ll vote on changes at our May 1-2 meeting.<o:p></o:p></p>
