Hi all,

Thank you for your responses from last month. I've created a  Google Form<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf1sbFxYiRruJ8Ev4x1FOCqegUSBhfdiwPLn__KNEoqbScg8g/viewform?usp=sf_link> regarding this issue so that we have a centralized bank of responses. Please share the link with your technical services/systems librarians or fill out on your libraries' behalf by December 1st, and I'll share the responses with the listserv.

       We continued to use EZProxy after the move to OKTA but I am going to pitch the idea of moving to OKTA with IT next year.

Hi all,

CPTC is in the process of getting our Okta single-sign-on configured for database access.

If you have the time, would you please let me know if:


  1.  you use Okta single-sign-on for your databases/e-resource access
     *   if so, what was the process like for you and/or your IT department (e.g. straightforward, time-consuming, etc.)
  2.  Or, if you use something else (i.e., EZproxy, OpenAthens, etc.)
