[LIBRARYDIR] End of Quarter Renewals

Laptop and hotspot checkouts are a shared responsibility with IT this year. Currently, we do not allow technology to be checked out between quarters. All technology is due at the end of the quarter for maintenance and attempt to reduce loss.

As for books, we allow people to check out books/DVDs between quarters without proving enrollment the next quarter.

Hello collective wisdom,

We've hired a new Library Technician who is bringing new ideas and critiques of our processes, which is great!

I'm wondering how your college handles renewing items at the end of the quarter? The main question is: do you allow students to renew items without proof that they've registered for the next quarter?
