[LIBRARYDIR] State of the Library Report

Good Morning, Directors, Deans and Library Leaders!
New to the listserv, but about a week or more ago I posted a question asking if anyone had done a comprehensive report of your library?   By this I do not mean figures that we all are required to submit regularly like circulation stats or certain facts and figures to complete reports; but rather, what I plan to call a "State of the Library" report.  I plan to begin working on one soon, and it started out as simply me trying to collect as many statistics into one place as possible from a myriad of various storage and access points.   However, the narrative piece needs to be there, supporting the numbers, and this is something I feel that we do not have here.  As I began brainstorming the components, I realized this would be a much more comprehensive and robust body of work than can be achieved in even a few months.  I also got feedback from someone (looking at you, Edmonds! LOL) that there might be interest in doing work together.
Before I begin delving into this further on my own, would anyone out there like to participate in this as a group activity, working on our own similar reports together?  I'd love to collaborate and brainstorm with anyone interested.
If anyone has done something similar, please let me know.  I'd love to chat about it.
