We have had eTutoringonline.org I believe since it began. As with all new things, it can take time to get wind under the sails. However, I think you will find with strategic marketing and placement it will catch quickly. It certainly did here and saved us

Visit and/or provide information to all English faculty. Go to department meetings and classes to provide information on the writing lab. This is typically the most utilized resource of etutoring in that students never have to go anywhere or actually meet
with anyone, just upload the assignment and get feedback digitally.

Make sure to put a link in your Canvas shells and if possible create the SSO system to reduce barriers to students accessing the resource.

<span style="font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Dear LTCA,

<span style="font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">

<span style="font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">The LTCA Board has finally received some guidance and traction regarding our Learning & Tutoring Center Council (LTCC) proposal. With our persistent outreach to members
within the Learning Innovation Subcommittee and the Instruction Commission (IC), the Board has been invited to present at the upcoming Learning Innovation Subcommittee spring meeting on May 15, 2025.

<span style="font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">

<span style="font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">At this meeting, the Board will present the necessity of establishing an LTCC. In preparation for this, the Board has taken the following steps:

<span style="font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">

<span style="font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Drafted and signed a formal letter of support for our Proposal

<span style="font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Updated the
Council Necessity section of the Proposal

<span style="font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">

<span style="font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">The updates to the
Council Necessity section were made in light of recent information indicating the IC may consider grouping our Proposal with other organizations seeking state-level representation as a means to manage budgetary and resource constraints. In response,
the Board felt it was critical to strengthen the Council Necessity section to ensure our Proposal is evaluated on its own history, context, and merit. We believe our Proposal warrants an independent review and should not be lumped with the objectives
of other organizations nor overlooked due to the current fiscal environment.

<span style="font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">
