<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">We have electronic files. We have it set up very similar to a paper filing system. Each student has a file. The contents of that file are separated by academic years. Everything must be labeled a particular
way as to indicate the qtr/year it is for. Anything not specific to a qtr/yr is kept in the main part of the file. The plan moving forward is that academic year folders can be deleted after the 6 year requirement to retain records expires. I have attached
our instructions sheet about Digital Student Files.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
