Big Bend (BBCC) is using only electronic files for our students and storing their documents in TEAMS. We have started to use LACES for all documents and grad plans, case notes and the transcript section of LACES. We are finding it very easy to use and I did
get permission from Scott to store documents here. </div>

A few on my team are in near panic mode about .... What happens if LACES crashes? We are currently still retaining info in TEAMS, but want to fully transition to LACES only by November. </div>

Transitional Studies at Columbia Basin College is still using physical files for students (*gasp! I know). We would like to transition to an electronic system, and were considering using the documents section in LACES to fulfill this need.</div>
