>From the Student page, click on the "More" drop down box on the top right corner of the screen. Select "Batch Edit" and then check mark the box next to "Data Sharing Agreed" and the value should be set to "Yes".</div>

You may need to set age parameters before running the batch edit (anyone under the age of 19 at intake will cause errors unless they have the "<span style="font-weight: 500;">Meets under 19 Policy and documentation on file</span>" section check marked in the
Demographics tab. You can set age parameters from the student page by selecting searches -> NRS -> Age as of NRS Fiscal Year -> Add, then set the "Who are at least (years old)" section as 19, the "And less than or equal to (years old)" as 99, and "According
with NRS age requirements in Fiscal Year" as 2024-2025</div>

in Laces? I may be overlooking this information somewhere. I tried poking around the Canvas training shell and LACES FAQ page and so far haven't found anything on this.</span></p>
